Currently, all New Zealand orders are shipped through excellent Courier and Freight Services. If items do get lost or misdirected, we resend the items to our customers at our cost immediately, so that the least disruption occurs for our customers.
International Orders
We are happy to arrange export and currently send orders to Fiji, USA and Australia. We are unable to ship outside of New Zealand for website orders. For all export queries please contact our Export Sales Manager on (+64) 0800 004 901.

We accept Master Card and Visa payments through our website. Our checkout pages are securely served and encrypted using SSL, Credit Cards are verified in real time using DPS. The name that will appear on your statement will be Bintec Distributors.
Returns / Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, e.g. Invoice items were received on.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. It is at our discretion to repair or replace and faulty items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to:
